The warranty applies only to purchases made directly with Fajas Espinela.

If you purchased the product from an authorized retailer or distributor, you must manage the warranty directly with that seller.

One of the following documents is required:

Purchase invoice

Proof of sale showing a commercial link with our company

📝 Requirements to Request a Warranty
To evaluate and activate the warranty, the customer must send the following information along with the product:

Full name of the purchaser

National ID number
-
Email address
-
Residential address
-
Phone number
-
Detailed description of the defect found
-
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
🧼 Product Conditions to Apply for Warranty
The garment must meet the following conditions:

Be completely clean and unused
-
Have the original tags attached
-
Be free of stains from makeup, creams, perfumes, or other products

Not be ironed, altered, or manipulated
-
Not be damp or wet
If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the customer and the warranty will not be processed.
🔍 Validation Process
The item must be shipped to our main office:
Calle 41 # 8-45, Santiago de Cali – Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
Once received, it will enter our Quality Control Department for evaluation.
If it is verified that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty will be approved and processed according to the type of failure.
