At Fajas Espinela, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If you need to request an exchange, we invite you to carefully read our policy to ensure a clear and fair experience.
β Product Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for size, color, or reference in the following cases:
- The product has not been used, washed, or altered.
- The product retains its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
- The request is made within 8 calendar days after receiving the product.
- Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
π¦ Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the exchange
- Photographs of the received product
Once we receive the product at our facility, it will be inspected by our Quality Control Department.
If the item meets the required conditions, the exchange will be approved and the replacement product will be shipped.
Important: If the item does not pass quality inspection (e.g., signs of use, poor condition, or alterations), it will be returned without an exchange.
π Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (sending the item to us and shipping the exchanged product).
- Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
β Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You received a different item from the one you ordered.
In these cases:
- You must file a claim within 3 business days after receiving the product.
- Once approved by our team, you may choose from the following options:
- Product exchange
- Store credit for your next purchase
- Refund (if applicable)
ποΈ Wholesale Orders (Distributors)
Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
- The claim must be made within 5 business days after delivery.
- Photographic evidence is required.
- All shipping costs must be covered by the client or distributor.
π¦ Exchanges Due to Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong product (wrong reference, size, or color), we sincerely apologize and kindly ask you to follow this process:
- Notify us of the error within 3 business days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Send a return request including the order number and photos of the received product.
- The product must be returned to our headquarters at:

Once received, the item will undergo a quality control inspection. If approved, the correct product will be shipped.
Note: Even if the mistake was ours, our internal policy requires receiving the incorrect item before processing any exchange or refund.
