📏 How to take your measurements correctl
🔹 Waist:
Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your abdomen, just above your belly button. Don't leave it too tight or too loose.
🔹 Hip:
Measure around the fullest part of your buttocks and hips, with your feet together.
🔹 Bust:
Pass the tape over the most prominent part of the bust (without tightening), keeping it level at the back.
✅ Use a flexible tape measure and measure over tight clothing or directly against your skin.
✅ Maintain a straight and relaxed posture, without holding your breath.
✅ Repeat the measurement if necessary for greater accuracy.
